The Sverdlovsk 2 is an interesting light meter. It has a viewfinder for selecting the metering area. It is a kind of spot meter.
I found one with an unusual leather case.
The metering is simple, select the DIN sensitivity, aim and press the side button. If a red led lights up you must turn the dial counterclockwise till the led turns off, or do it vice versa till the led turns on. Then read the exposure parameters from the dial.
Unfortunately there is no EV reading.
The battery used is an obsolete 3.75V Soviet battery. I stuffed an 1/2 AA battery rated at 3.6V and the meter works fine!
