Horizon 202, more panoramic pictures

The Horizon 202 is a very capable yet simple camera. It needs no focusing and exposure must be determined by the user. There is an air buble level to help keep the camera horizontal, in this way horizontal lines passing from the center of the image are kept horizontal.

Here are some more samples from the film that I did not correctly loaded.

The last frames had an overlap, I thought the advance lever was stucked. but it was the end of the film

TIME Magazine camera, some more.

The TIME Magazine Camera was a gift for the TIME subscribers. The camera is plastic and looks like a fake SLR. However the pictures are not bad, for a toy camera.

Horizon 202, wide panoramic and impressive pictures

The Horizon 202 is a great manual panoramic camera.

This time I did not loaded the film well, it was not laid out well and gave some out of focus areas at the right side of the images.

Here are some samples

Olympus OM2n, a real gem

The Olympus OM-2n is a small and precisely engineered SLR camera. Mine has a Zuiko 50mm f1.4 lens.
There is either aperture priority setting (Auto), you only have to adjust the aperture ring, or Manual mode, you adjust the aperture and shutter rings till the needle falls between the + and - sign.

The lens is fast, so I loaded the camera with an 800 ASA Fuji film and went shooting at night.

Time Magazine Camera, a fake, plastic, toy camera that takes good pictures

This camera was offered to the readers of Time Magazine. It looks as a good and expensive SLR camera but in reality it is a very simple camera made of plastic, a toy camera.
It needs no focusing, and has a manual aperture ring with the option to choose between f/6, 8, 11, or 16.
The lens is a fixed focus 50mm with a single element. There is only one shutter speed of 1/100th sec.

Although this is a simple toy camera, it does take good pictures.
