Canon EOS 630 (EOS 600)

Bought it from the local craiglist for 50 euros with the Canon EF 28mm/f2.8 lens.
The camera is heavy and sturdy with a proffessional feel.
It has a very big and accurate viewfinder with only a central autofocus point.
While the camera perform all the complex operations expected for such an equipement all buttons are in totally different positions than the newer EOS cameras, well hidden in the body. But once the initial settings are set, only program modes (P, Av, Tv etc.) and exposure compensation are within easy reach and are very fast to set making it easy for the photographer to concentrate in picture taken.
I liked this camera as it is fast, with an accurate exposure meter, a viewfinder that can ease focusing with a manual lens and a feel of a proffessional camera. Only problem is the central point autofocus that needs an extra care when framing.
