Kodak Brownie Flash II

This is another box camera from the Brownie series that Kodak made by millions. This one is a UK model.
It has one shutter speed + B and a single aperture. There is also a lens attachement for close portraits from 2 to 3 meters.

The camera takes 620 film. I loaded the camera with a piece of 35mm film rolled with the backing paper of a 120 film. The take up spool in the camera was from a 620 film, as it is thinner than the 120 one.
I had to mask the viewfinders also but the framing was not accurate.

Here are the results:
a distant shot of a restored Byzantine church and one with the portrait attachement.

I pressed the shutter 3-4 times for that

Framing was bad here, with the portrait attachement
 and here
 the framing here was good

Kodak Portrait Brownie

Kodak Portrait Brownie No2, brown coating made in England from 1929 to 1935.
3 aperture stops (probably f11,16 and 22) one shutter speed (1/50?) + T mode (press once - shutter opens, press again - shutter closes)
Comes with two viewfinders and an attachment lens for portraits.

I put an 120 fuji reala 100 ASA film. The negatives are 6x9 but the lab could only scan up to 6x6.
I used a 2-stop ND filter for the brightly lit photo below

Photos came out very sharp so I rephotographed the negatives unflat to give a more blurry look...
