Chinon 35EE automatic excellence

The seller in Vienna's flea market wanted five euros, I gave him four.  I put a hearing aids battery and the camera works fine.

The Chinon 35EE is a rangefinder, turn the focus ring till the two images in the viewfinder coincide into one.
It is black, small and automatic. It can take pictures from 1/250-f16 to 1/30-f2.7. There is a shutter/aperture indication in the viewfinder. If the light is not enough the shutter does not lock and you can still take the picture. The lightmeter can only switched off with the lens cap, there is no On/Off switch. The shutter button does not lock either, so it is easy to accidentaly take a picture in your pocket! So better do not wind the film to be ready for the next photo, if the button is pressed the shutter will not fire.

The camera takes very nice pictures. There is a favour of short shutter speeds in the automatic program, resulting in open apertures that give nice out of focus backgrounds.

Takes very sharp pictures
This one converted to B/W
and this is a triptych, shot from the same spot
